Born in Whitehall, PA and now residing in Emmaus, PA with his wife, Nancy, Jeffrey Dutt is a social studies and special education teacher in the Allentown School District in Allentown, PA for the past 19 years. He was a past adjunct professor at Lehigh Carbon Community College in Schnecksville, PA teaching courses in sociology and education. He was also an adjunct professor in education at DeSales University in Center Valley, PA for two years. He has presented many seminars in behavior management to local early education centers, local school districts, and area colleges. He is also currently a commissioner for Lehigh County serving on the board since December 2020.
Jeffrey received his bachelor’s degree in social work from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania in Mansfield, PA. He also received his master’s degree in special education from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. He was a social worker for 12 years working in the fields of mental health, aging, and children and youth before becoming a teacher.
