Christine Sunderland

Author

Award-winning author Christine Sunderland has written eight literary novels about faith and family, freedom of speech and religion, history and human dignity, and the Judeo-Christian tradition as the foundation of Western Civilization: Pilgrimage set in Italy, Offerings set in France, Inheritance set in England, Hana-lani set in Hawaii, The Magdalene Mystery set in Rome and Provence, The Fire Trail set in the San Francisco Bay Area, Angel Mountain set in the SF Bay Area, and The Music of the Mountain set in the SF Bay Area.

Having spent time in Italy, France, and England, she developed a keen interest in history, the ability of the individual to change events, and the power of belief. In her stories she brings to life the effect of the past upon the present, the puzzle of perception, and the mystery of time.

Christine holds a BA in English Literature cum laude from San Francisco State University, is an alumnus of the Squaw Valley Writers Workshop and the Maui Writers Retreat, and contributes posts to American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW). She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and an incredible cat named Angel. Her extended family includes ten grandchildren, three nieces, and one nephew.
