Martha Engber’s books include BLISS ROAD, a memoir; WINTER LIGHT, a 2021 IPPY Gold Medal Winner in Young Adult Fiction; THE WIND THIEF, a novel; and GROWING GREAT CHARACTERS, a resource for writers.
Ms. Engber has also had a play produced in Hollywood, as well as fiction and poetry published in Fictional Cafe, Watchword, the Berkeley Fiction Review and other literary journals. A workshop facilitator and speaker, she lives in California with her husband, bike, and surfboard.
